The material is an MDI-based prepolymer and does not contain solvents. It is formulated for flexible applications and cures in molds with moisture, pressure and heat.
It is used in the production of rubber tiles in applications such as sports floors and children's playgrounds.

The material should be used as supplied and mixed with dry/clean rubber granules. The recommended amount of binder in the mixture is 5% by weight of rubber granules.
The binder and granules should be mixed mechanically in a clean, dry container until all granules are homogeneously wetted. The mixture is then transferred to the mold heated to 150 °C. Molding conditions can be changed depending on the thickness and type of rubber granules. Usually the mixture is heated under pressure of 1000-1500 psi for about 5-15 minutes.
