It is used on concrete, screed concrete, wood, rubber and similar surfaces after the polyurethane primer to fill the gaps on the surface and prepare a good surface for the floor covering.

1) Prefabricated Roll Top: 1st layer 400 gr/m², 2nd layer 100 gr/m²

Note: Consumption amounts vary depending on rubber roll density and granule diameter.

6-8 hours 25°C

Heat Resistance

Approximately 100°C (For cured product)

Surface Preparation

The ground is clean, dry, free of dust and oil, repairs have been made, if the concrete
If it will be applied on top of the concrete, it must have been placed at least 22 days ago.

Application Terms

There should be no moisture on the application surface.

All mixed material should be consumed within the usage period.

Application Procedure

Polyurethane putty is obtained by mixing 5.25 parts by weight of component A and 1 part of component B.
It is recommended to follow the following rules during application;

It should be mixed with a slow speed mixer for at least 2 minutes.

All ingredients should be used without dividing them.

The cap should be closed tightly after the hardener has been used all at once.

A trowel or toothless spatula should be used to apply the paste.

It should be protected from water for 8-10 hours.
