1- EPDM Cast Rubber floor covering is applied after the concrete floor is cleaned properly. One coat of primer is applied to the cleaned surface. This application ensures that the concrete floor and the SBR rubber product laid on the top layer are tightly bonded together.
2- After the primer application, polyurethane BINDER is mixed with SBR rubber granules at the appropriate rate using a mixer. This mixture is spread on the primer application in the desired thickness. The curing time of this application is approximately 12 hours.
3- EPDM and Polyurethane BINDER mixture mixed in the mixer is applied on the SBR rubber granule thrown at the desired thickness. This application is made in desired colors and patterns. The imagined and designed floor is turned into reality.
4- EPDM products are used in all tartan projects such as running paths on athletics tracks
